Lithic Metals and Energy (“Lithic”) is a highly motivated mineral exploration and development company focused on Nickel and Uranium in Zambia, Mozambique and Togo.

Initially incorporated as Zambezi Nickel in 2005, the Company changed its name to Lithic Metals & Energy in September 2007.

 In Zambia, Lithic is exploring its 100% owned Mitaba nickel property as well as earning in on 6800km² of highly prospective uranium tenure in Joint Venture with fellow AIM and ASX listed company Zambezi Resources Limited.

 In Mozambique, Lithic is actively exploring the Mavita nickel sulphide project, where it has acquired a 100% interest from BHP Billiton (subject to certain clawback provisions).

 In Togo, Lithic is exploring known nickel, chromite, zinc and uranium occurrences through its wholly owned subsidiary, RRCC Ltd.

Lithic intends to deliver value for its shareholders by rapidly growing into a mining house and is actively pursuing new mineral investments.
